Custom Bennett Awards Presented at 2018 CineFashion Awards

For the second straight year, Bennett Awards worked with Cinémoi to create custom sculpture awards for its CineFashion Film Awards. These awards recognize fashion-oriented films created by innovative filmmakers, actors, musicians and designers. Bennett Awards worked with Cinémoi to create a new custom award design featuring a pewter sculpture of an impressionistic female figure in a flowing dress with film strip images sculpted into the dress.

Custom Awards Created for World Polo League

Bennett Awards created a family of custom awards for the World Polo League, a new North American polo league. Three different custom award designs were created, one for each of three separate tournaments. Each sculpture design was unique and tailored to that specific tournament. Bennett Awards worked with the World Polo League to create a classic custom award design for their first tournament. The centerpiece of the design is a hand-sculpted polo horse sculpture.

The American Kennel Club (AKC) featured a custom perpetual award created by Bennett Awards at the 2018 AKC National Championship presented by Royal Canin. The AKC National Championship is America’s largest dog show. To honor each year’s Best in Show winner, Bennett Awards created a custom perpetual bronze sculpture cup that holds plaques designating each year’s Best in Show champion.

Bennett Awards created a new, unique custom award for the Eisner Foundation’s 2018 Eisner Prize. The Eisner Prize is an annual award that recognizes excellence by an individual or a nonprofit organization in uniting multiple generations, especially seniors and youth, to bring about positive and lasting changes in their community. For this award, Bennett Awards created a unique custom glass sculpture award in the shape of two abstract hands.

Jimmy Buffet and Charlie Pride Among Bennett Custom Awards Recipients from Mississippi Arts + Entertainment Experience

The Mississippi Arts + Entertainment Experience (The MAX) honored its 2018 Hall of Fame inductees with unique custom awards from Bennett Awards. The MAX is an experiential museum that showcases Mississippi’s contributions to the arts, including music, visual arts, performing arts, and literature. Recipients of these custom recognition awards included singer-songwriter Jimmy Buffet, country music pioneer Charlie Pride, blues musician Howlin’ Wolf, photographer William Eggleston, and writer Willie Morris. These unique awards are created from fabricated aluminum in the shape of The MAX logo.

The American Freedom Fund, a non-profit organization with a mission to empower veterans through athletic, educational and advocacy programs, commissioned new, unique custom awards from Bennett Awards for its 2018 Heroes Awards. These recognition awards, presented in partnership with Heroes Vodka, honor organizations that exemplify courage, determination and dedication to meet the needs of our service men and women and the families that stand beside them. These unique awards are based on a custom sculpture of a Patriot bust.

For the eighth straight year, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s Hiring Our Heroes program recognized its annual award recipients with custom recognition awards from Bennett Awards. The Hiring Our Heroes awards are presented to companies and individuals that have developed and applied best practices for addressing the employment challenges faced by America’s veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses.

For the second consecutive year, honorees of the The Root 100 were presented with custom awards created by Bennett Awards. The Root 100 awards honor the 100 most influential African Americans, age 25 to 45, of the past year. The 2018 recipients of this award included LeBron James, Serena Williams, and Kendrick Lamar, among many other deserving recipients.

For the 12th straight year, the Bay Area Council honored inductees into the Bay Area Business Hall of Fame with the unique Bennett recognition award “Boundless”. The 2018 recipients of these awards included Joseph S. Lacob, Owner & CEO of the Golden State Warriors; Peter Gruber,  Owner of the Golden State Warriors; Peter A. Magowan, President & Managing General Partner Emeritus of the San Francisco Giants; and the Magnin Family. These award recipients were recognized for their business achievements, which have made an enduring impact on countless lives and communities across the Bay Area, as well as their long-standing philanthropic leadership.

Bennett Awards Creates Custom Awards for the ‘Harvey Awards’

Bennett Awards created a set of new custom awards for the Harvey Awards, one of the comic industry’s oldest and prestigious recognition awards. The Harvey Awards recognize outstanding achievement in the comic industry across several award categories. For these awards, Bennett Awards worked with event organizers to create a new custom award design that features a sculpture of the award’s namesake, Harvey Kurtzman (1924 - 1993). The sculptures were cast in resin, and finished in both dark bronze and gold to differentiate two categories of awards.
