When Curative, the healthcare staffing firm of Doximity (the largest community of medical professionals in the country), needed recognition pieces for their team, they wanted something that reflected their unique company culture. Rather than traditional corporate awards, they chose a playful yet meaningful symbol: the Yeti. This choice represented their team's resilience, strength, and ability to thrive in challenging healthcare environments.
The Design
Bennett Awards brought Curative's vision to life with 9-inch Yeti sculptures that balance whimsy with sophistication. The mythical creature's powerful stance embodies the determination of healthcare professionals, while the playful design reflects Curative's innovative approach to staffing solutions. Each sculpture is finished in rich gold, elevating the fun concept into a premium recognition piece worthy of display.
The Craftsmanship
Each Yeti was created using 3D-printed resin technology, allowing for intricate detail work that captures every aspect of the creature's character. After printing, each 9-inch sculpture was hand-painted with gold finish for a lustrous appearance. The sculptures are mounted on 2.5-inch tall black wood bases, each fitted with personalized engraved plates that create individual connections with recipients.
