Custom Medallions & Pins
Bennett Awards offers unique, custom medallions that can be designed specifically for your needs. These medallions can be customized for you in a couple of different ways. We can customize the surface of your medallions to incorporate 3D reliefs that are based on an image of your choice. This image could be a logo, icon, or other image that has special significance for your organization, event, or recipient. Depending on your needs and budget, we can customize one side of the medallion, or both sides.
We can also customize the shape of your medallions to portray a desired image – all medallions do not need to be circular shapes. And, these two techniques can be combined to create medallions that are truly unique and distinctive, and reinforce your desired branding and imagery.
In addition, most custom medallions can support personalized engraving with additional information on the award, such as the award name, recipient name, and date of presentation.
Bennett Awards medallions can be used as standalone recognition awards, or can be combined with our sculpture awards to create a unique, integrated awards package. Custom sculpture awards can be used for the major award recipients, or as perpetual awards, while custom medallions based on the same imagery can be presented to a broader base of recipients.

Options for Custom Medallions
Standalone Medallions
Our custom medallions are so unique and distinctive that they can be presented without any other ornamentation and still surprise and delight your participants. For very subtle, cost effective ornamentation, these custom medallions can be combined with a ribbon, a very standard practice for these types of awards. Prices for our standalone custom medallions start as low as $40 for single-sided medallions (plus set-up fee*).
Medallions Affixed to Block Awards
One of our more popular medallion-based award designs is in the form of custom medallions affixed to square or rectangular blocks. The blocks not only help hold and showcase the medallions, they also provide additional surface areas for engraving. This engraving can include both text (e.g., recipient information) and graphics (e.g., organizational icons).
Both the blocks and medallions can be created from metal, wood or acrylic. Our most common design consists of metal medallions affixed to wood blocks, but virtually any combination of these materials will work
Medallions in Display Boxes
Custom medallions and pins can also be incorporated into custom display boxes. As with the blocks, these boxes can be engraved with text and graphics to help accentuate the brand message. These boxes can be created from either metal or wood, or from a combination of the two materials (e.g., wood box, metal top).
Medallions Mounted on Bases
As more functional recognition awards, our custom medallions can be mounted horizontally on a base, creating a unique paperweight for recipients. The recommended base material for these paperweight achievement awards is marble, and, as above, the marble bases can feature personalized engraving. Prices for our paperweight medallions start at $75 (plus set-up fee*).
Medallions Affixed to Cups
Bennett Awards custom medallions can be affixed to the surface of a cup, creating a more statuesque recognition award based on the medallion design. We have existing award cups that can incorporate your custom medallions, or you can choose to create a new custom cup design as well. These custom medallion cups can be mounted on a variety of bases, and these bases can feature personalized engraving to provide additional information about the awards. Prices for this option can vary greatly depending on the choice of cup.
Medallions Incorporated Into Plaques
Our custom medallions can also be incorporated into plaques, amplifying the design and providing an additional display option. These plaques can be constructed from either hardwood or stone. In addition, the plaques can be designed as either hanging plaques or standing desk plaques (shown at right). As with our bases, these plaques can incorporate customized engraving – generally in the form of engraved plates – that provide additional information about the award. Prices for our medallions on plaques start for as little as $100 (plus set-up fee*).
