The Story
Simraceway, a premier online racing simulation platform, sought a distinctive recognition piece to celebrate recurring champions in their competitive racing events. They approached Bennett Awards to design a visually striking perpetual award that captured the excitement, speed, and precision of motorsports. Bennett translated the energy of competitive racing into a sculptural form that would stand as a lasting tribute to achievement within the Simraceway community.
The Design
The awards feature a dynamic spiraling racetrack with a car propelling forward at the top, symbolizing momentum and victory. Each sculpture was cast in bronze and finished with a high-polish surface accented with antique patina for depth and visual interest. The 14-inch-tall sculptures are mounted on 7-inch concrete bases, which include a front-facing logo medallion for branding and recognition.
The Craftsmanship
Each award was precision-cast in bronze to ensure durability and intricate detail. The high-polish finish combined with antique patina highlights the sculptural textures, while the concrete base provides a substantial, stable platform. The integrated logo medallion was carefully affixed to maintain a professional and cohesive presentation.
