When LDC sold Adler & Allan to Sun European Partners, the commemorative design drew directly from Adler & Allan’s core business in environmental and industrial services.

The tombstone was created as a miniature storage tank, complete with a ladder, rounded form, and matte industrial finish. The transaction details were printed directly on the tank’s surface, turning the object into both a realistic representation of the industry and a polished corporate keepsake. Mounted on a sleek black base, the design conveys solidity, utility, and a clear connection to the company’s operations.
