2025 Premier Lacrosse League MVP Custom Acrylic Trophy by Bennett Awards
Bennett Awards partnered with Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) for the 2025 Annual PLL All Star Game. Inaugurated in 2019, this annual midseason event highlights both star veterans and breakout rookies in an East vs. West showdown. Unlike regular season matchups, the All Star Game puts the power in the fans’ hands by letting them vote for the top 50 players who will take the stage.
Having partnered with Bennett Awards on four prior occasions, the Premier Lacrosse League returned to us to commission an All Star worthy award for this year’s high energy event.
To kick off the project, PLL met with our team in mid-June, setting a quick turnaround for delivery by the July 5-6 event weekend. Their request: recreate the award from the previous year’s All Star Game. Working from a photo of last year’s design, our team asked whether they’d like to make any modifications. After reviewing options, PLL chose to update the base color from clear to a sleek black. The final result was a machined, premium acrylic award, standing 18 inches tall, with a custom branded disk and deep engraved logo with personalization.
Despite the tight timeline, the award delivered on every front, capturing the elite, high energy atmosphere of the 2025 PLL All Star Weekend at CPKC Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri.
Brennan O’Neill, who earned MVP honors with a game high seven points, was photographed holding the award following the West’s 15-13 win over the East. With thousands of fans in the stadium and more than 100,000 viewers watching live on ESPN, the event was a celebration of talent, fandom, and crisp design.
