National Jewish Health "Irving Borenstein Memorial Award"

$0.01

Bennett Awards created a custom awards design for the New York AIR Society, an organization that supports National Jewish Health, the nation’s #1 respiratory hospital. Bennett Awards developed this unique custom awards design for the New York AIR Society’s Irving Borenstein Memorial Award for Distinguished Leadership. This recognition award was created to honor those whose leadership and support help National Jewish Health.

For this distinguished recognition award, Bennett Awards created a custom designed clear crystal tower approximately 12” high. Inside the crystal tower are opaque crystal 3D images of floating balloons, one of symbols used by the AIR Society. These 3D balloons are suspended inside the crystal tower, creating a dramatic, 3D effect.

The crystal tower also features customized engravings of the award name, recipient name, date of presentation, and the AIR Society’s logo. This unique crystal tower is mounted on a black marble base.

The 2011 recipient of this unique achievement award was Jason D. Pizer, President of Trinity Real Estate. The recognition award was presented to Mr. Pizer on May 12, 2011, at the AIR Society’s 20th anniversary of their “The Sky’s the Limit Benefit”, created to raise funds for National Jewish Health.

National Jewish Health is known worldwide for treatment of patients with respiratory, cardiac, immune and related disorders, and for groundbreaking medical research. Founded in 1899 as a nonprofit hospital, National Jewish Health remains the only facility in the world dedicated exclusively to these disorders. Since 1998, U.S. News & World Report has ranked National Jewish Health the #1 respiratory hospital in the nation. Since its inception in 1991, the New York AIR Society, which comprises a diverse group of professionals from a variety of industries, has raised more than $2.5 million for the institution.
