“Bullseye” Mascot Awards
The Story
Target wanted a distinctive recognition piece that captured the personality of Bullseye while celebrating achievement within the company. The goal was to create a playful yet sophisticated award that employees and recipients would proudly display, reinforcing Target’s brand identity and culture.
The Design
Bennett Awards transformed Bullseye into a 6-inch tall sculpture perched on a 4-inch diameter, 1.5-inch tall round black wood base, bringing the total height to 7.5 inches. The design balances the mascot’s recognizable charm with a refined presentation, making the award both fun and professional. Each base includes a personalized plaque with black background and gold engraving to highlight the recipient’s name and accomplishment.
The Craftsmanship
The Bullseye figures were produced using 3D-printed ballistic nylon, allowing precise capture of the mascot’s details. Each sculpture was then painted gold to create a premium finish. The black wood bases were carefully painted and fitted with engraved plates to complete the elegant presentation.
The Impact
These awards serve as memorable symbols of achievement within Target, combining brand identity with tangible recognition.
