USFL Championship Trophy
Fox Sports commissioned Bennett Awards to create the 2022 USFL championship Trophy. This custom award was designed to recognize the winning team of the 2022 USFL Championship Game. The design consisted of a football sculpture mounted on top of a tall cylinder-shaped tower representing the U.S.A. flag. The football had the USFL logo sculpted into each side, along with recessed stars. The tower had raised eight stars on its upper half (representing the eight teams in the league’s rebirth), and cut-out stripes on its lower half. The award stood 19.83” tall, in reference to 1983, the league’s original first season of play. This championship award was handcrafted from brass, and then plated in silver.
