Under Armour All-America High School Football Game Trophy

$0.00

A custom trophy created by Bennett Awards was presented to the championship team of the 2014 Under Armour All-America High School Football Game. Now in its 7th year, the Under Armour All-America High School Football Game gathers the nation's top high school football talent to take place in a one-of-a-kind football experience. Since the inaugural game in 2008, the Under Armour All-America High School Game has produced several NFL professionals including first-round picks Julio Jones, AJ Green, Trent Richardson, EJ Manuel and 2013 #2 overall NFL Draft pick Luke Joeckel.

The 2014 contest was held Thursday, January 2, 2014, at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida. The game was broadcast live on ESPN, and featured real-time college commitments from seven blue-chip high school athletes. On the field, Team Highlight, coached by former NFL coach and current broadcast analyst Steve Mariucci, defeated Team Nitro by a score of 31-21.

The victorious team was presented with a unique custom trophy designed and produced by Bennett Awards. This statuesque trophy stood 24” tall. The top component of this trophy was a custom sculpture of a football on top of a round stand and rectangular arm. The arm contained a recessed Under Armour logo sculpted directly into its surface. This entire sculpture was created out of satin aluminum with a clear anodized finish.

This sculpture was mounted on the second component of the trophy: a hand-crafted cylindrical hardwood base. This unique base was painted in black lacquer, and, on its front, featured a large, curving sublimated plate with the Under Armour All-America Game logo and the “Champions” designation.
