When Standard Chartered Bank completed its acquisition of Strategic Finance Bank, the deal was nicknamed “Project Transformer.” To bring that code name to life, the commemorative design embraced one of the most iconic symbols of transformation: Optimus Prime.

Standing tall atop a custom pedestal, the Transformer figure is more than a playful nod—it’s a powerful metaphor for change, strength, and adaptability. The dynamic form captures the spirit of reinvention that defined the transaction, while the custom plaque grounds the piece in professionalism, carrying the key deal details with clarity and permanence.
