The "Women in Hollywood" custom awards were designed for Elle Magazine's annual Women in Hollywood event. The Women in Hollywood recognition awards honor women who have made significant contributions to the film industry. These unique custom awards, designed by Bennett Awards artist Tom Bennett, have been used for the last six Women in Hollywood awards events: 2007 through 2013. These unique trophies feature a graceful, impressionistic figure intertwined with a ribbon.

In 2007, Bennett custom awards were presented to actresses Lauren Bacall, Scarlett Johansson, Kate Beckworth, Amy Adams, Jennifer Connelly, and Diane Lane, as well as director Julie Taymor. In 2008, these unique awards were presented to actresses Nicole Kidman, Jane Fonda, Halle Berry, Sigourney Weaver, Salma Hayek, Anne Hathaway, Isla Fisher and director Catherine Hardwicke. In 2009, the custom awards were presented to Julie Andrews, Renee Zellweger, Katie Holmes, Julianne Moore, Emily Blunt, Robin Penn Wright, and Zoe Saldana. 2010 award recipients included Gwyneth Paltrow, Hilary Swank, Kate Hudson, Jodie Foster, Sofia Coppola, Diane Kruger, Kerry Washington, Jessica Chastain and Diane Keaton. 2011 honorees included Barbara Streisand, Jennifer Aniston, Michelle Pfeiffer, Naomi Watts, Viola Davis, Freida Pinto, Elizabeth Olsen, Evan Rachel Wood, and Dreamworks Studios chief Stacey Snider. The 2012 recipients of these recognition awards included Sarah Jessica Parker, Uma Thurman, Emma Watson, Cate Blanchett, Susan Sarandon, Octavia Spencer, Elle Fanning, Kristin Wiig, and Shirley MacLaine. 2013 award recipients included Reese Witherspoon, Penelope Cruz, Marion Cotillard, Naomie Harris, Melissa McCarthy, Nancy Meyers, Eva Marie Saint, and Shailene Woodley.
