WomenHeart: The National Coalition for Women with Women with Heart Disease, presented the 2020 recipients of their prestigious Wenger Awards with unique recognition awards created by Bennett Awards. The Wenger Awards are the leading awards recognizing individuals and organizations for their extraordinary contributions to women’s heart health. These awards were named after Nanette Kass Wenger, M.D., a pioneer in women’s cardiology.
For the tenth straight year, WomenHeart presented their recipients of the Wenger Awards with unique sculpture awards based on the Bennett Award design “Hearts of Fire”. These awards were cast in pewter with a satin pewter finish. The sculptures were mounted on bases with personalized engraving of the WomenHeart logo, award name, recipient name, and date of presentation.

Wenger Award for Excellence in Medical Leadership: Martha Gulati, FACC, FAHA
Wenger Award for Excellence in Patient Advocacy: Preeclampsia Foundation
